“New size restrictions on carry-on luggage were the reason for the purchase of this 20" suitcase. Eagle Creek's proven quality supported my decision. Item is well-made inside and out and handles nicely. Included 15" garment envelope is an attractive plus. The styling/design is not my favorite from Eagle Creek -- I prefer a broader exterior pocket, big enough to hold paper files or a laptop -- but the closeout price couldn't be beat.”
