I usually love eagle creek products, but a prong was broken on the cinching belt. I didn't want something that was broken before I even used it, so I sent it back. Very disappointing

After checking the bag, it traveled almost 9,000 miles and made one stop in San Francisco. When I picked up the bag at the destination, I noticed that the zipper tab is missing, gone, disappeared. That's not good.. Too bad, I really like the bag, but the company needs to redesigned or use a better zipper mechanism.

I'm using this for a month of travel abroad with lots of location changes. I chose to buy a small easy-to-handle bag and do laundry a couple of times to make it easier to travel alone. I've carried it up and down stairs multiple times and am very happy with how easy it is to maneuver. The bright red color and shape make it easy to recognize and I like the extra security of the outside compression straps.

Bought a black one for myself and my boyfriend liked it so well we ended up getting the blue for him. An Eagle Creek item with the "No Matter What" warranty. Heard that EC was bought out in 2007 and this version not as sturdy as the original, but IMHO sometimes sturdiness suffers with the increasing production of lighter weight bags.
