Removed the cover for hand washing and it was easy to insert the cover back over the valve. 2 puffs and its inflated. Easy to adjust and deflate. Comfortable and lightweight. Tested at home, no actual flight test yet. Eagle Creek products make up the bulk of my travel gear. 2 toiletry kits, packing cubes, packing sleeve, blanket, and compression bags have all held up well.
