Earth Cachet Shoes - Leather (For Women)

My Earth shoes are very well made, and give the support I need for a long night on my feet in the restaurant. I also feel they help my posture. I have worn Earth shoes before, and while I usually wear a 7 in shoes, I knew that a 6 and 1/2 was a perfect fit for Easth shoes.

Found Kalso Earth shoes in 2009 & now they are the only thing I wear at the office. Nice quality leather uppers, (except the vegan options), make them a great look for work casual offices. [I used to wear heels all the time & LOVE a hot pair of shoes - unfortunately, my feet were too painful by day's end to maintain that style.] This style has a wide enough toe box that my feet can rest comfortably flat in the show w/out my toes being "mushed" against the sides. I have a regular/M width foot. The shoe runs true to size. I wear a 6.5 & purchase that size in every Earth shoe I buy. For the very fashion conscious, these are a wider looking shoe; definitely not the tapered look many people look for. These are more simple & the "flair" only goes so far as the style added across the toe. That said, & while I still love a gorgeous heel, these are by far the most comfortable & best shoe I have purchased. (The Kalso Earth boots are a little more fashion forward, btw.)

First pair were 1/2 size too large so I exchanged them. Sadly, second pair was defective: insole on right shoe was a size smaller than the shoe! And there are no more of these shoes left in my size. Had to send it back with no replacement. Bummer.

I love a shoe that I can slip on and off easily, since I don't wear them in the house, but I don't love mules. These look good, professional and yet casual, and are wonderfully comfortable. Just slightly on the wide side, and a half-size big. But not enough to be a problem for me.

These shoes will be great with jeans and pants in the fall and winter--probably too closed in and hot to wear in the summer. They provide the arch support I need, and look better than most shoes with extra support, but are still somewhat boxy looking.
