I usually wear size 9 (or 9.5) but the 9 was way too big and clunky so I exchanged for size 8.5 and they fit pretty well. They are kind of made like and shaped like mens' shoes and although they are the right length they angle in a bit toward the toe too much but I think they are wearing in and will be OK. They are very comfortable and the smaller size was much less clunky. I thought about keeping the larger size and wearing thicker socks, but the footbed didn't fit to my foot and thicker socks would not have helped. The fur part is very warm but the shoe part is just like a regular shoe and doesn't seem to have any insulation. I cut the tassels off.

Great boot for snowy conditions, has great traction, good looks with skirt or pants.

I wear 7 in ALL my other earth shoes and these were too big. Returned

These boots fit and feel weird. I did not like them and am planning to return them.
