Earth Downtown 2 Oxford Shoes (For Men)

I wasn't sure about the style because I just needed a pair of brown shoes and I wanted them to be Earth shoes. When they came and I tried them on I was ecstatic. They are sooo comfortable and they look great.

I own several other pairs of Earth shoes (~4 years old), which were much wider in the toe box (& great for folks with bunions). Unfortunately, this new foot shape is MUCH narrower, and won't work at all. WHY did they have to change the shape of their shoes??? So disappointed. Now Earth shoes will fit people with normal, narrow feet just fine, like every other shoe on the market.

These are nice and dressy shoes - I'm glad to have some Earth shoes to wear to work! Beautiful leather as well as the usual good attributes of Earth shoes.

Great for the walking that Manhattan puts you through!

Well, I was very eager to get these shoes after all of the glowing reviews. I wanted a shoe that looked good, and was comfortable. In terms of being true to size and a nice width they fit well, and looked nice. But after two days of wear they gave me terrible blisters on my heel. They are just too narrow in the heel for my foot. Maybe I'm unique and have strange feet, but I've never had this problem before. However I wish they would of worked out because they seem really nice otherwise. Guess it's my own fault though for buying shoes online. If I tried them on before purchase I probably wouldn't have bought them.

These are a quality shoe with nice soft exterior leather and soft leather lining. The arch support is however beyond the neutral and better suited to those with very high arches. To me it felt as if I were standing on two golf balls in the arch and the shoe was uncomfortable. If you have low arches this shoe is not for you.

The last pair lasted about 6 years of use before it was time to replace them.

Excellent shoe, after trying these on I seriously questioned whether or not I needed to wear them with my custom orthotics. These shoes have a number of excellent features I look for in any shoe. To name a few: good heel counter, the best arch support of any shoe I've owned or tried, a generously wide toebox, and beautiful contruction. The latex soles squeaked a bit the first few times I wore them, but are silent now--great shoe, I highly recommend them.

I wear Earth Shoes most of the time, and this pair is one of the better. The design is perfect for work in a office, it looks professional while still being an Earth Shoe. The usual Earth shoe qualities of good materials, well made, and very comfortable.

We don't go out very much, but now when we do, I will look good and enjoy comfort at the same time. What a deal!!
