When I gave this first ever purchase of a pair of shoes with this negative heel technology the test at home, I noticed later a significant level of neck, back and knee pain. I thought I just needed time to adjust, and ordered another pair. Since I had an upcoming appointment with my specialist, I brought them with me, and my doctor used his plastic spine to explain why these are not a good idea at all in my case. I'm taking the time to write this because the shoes are fantastic, but others with injuries may have problems. I hate to return them.

I had to trim off with nail clippers - still finding more. Patent leather on inside of straps makes my skin sweat, but otherwise good arch support, comfortable fit. Advice to get a size up for half sizes was correct.
