Earth Harbor Casual Sneakers (For Women)

I have one hip bone frationally shorter than the other and get back ache and knee ache. This is my third pair of earth shoes. I bought them for weekends and casual.They help with my posture and I don't get nearly as much backache and knee ache. I don't need my orthotics with them either. My teenage daughter commented favourably on how they look - high praise indeed!!!

It must be the Earth footbed that is uncomfortable to me. Maybe if you are used to it it would be okay. Too bad because they really are cute

These are really fun, well made sneakers. Perfect for this spring. Already getting coments. They look like Chuck Taylors but in an Earth shoe. How cool is that?

These shoes rub at the top of my heels. A thicker pair of socks and lacing them more tightly may help. I'll keep trying because they are super cute. Lots of compliments too.

As a teacher, I have to keep up with my students; these shoes are great for field trips, outdoor activities, or marathon shopping!

This is my first pair of Earth shoes and I'm impressed. They do seem to work muscles that are neglected when I walk in other shoes. The leather trim around the ankle is a little stiff, but loosens up pretty quickly. If you haven't worn Earth shoes before, you may want to start out with only an hour or so at a time and gradually increase the time you wear them. I've gotten complements on them as being a "classier" version of Converse all-stars, I guess because of the suede and leather.

I've bought three pairs of Earth shoes since January to relieve extreme pain in the front half of my feet due to broken bones. Switching to Birkenstocks helped, but not enough. I can walk pain free again now that the weather is warmer, and nearly pain free in winter. The toe box isn't as roomy as I'd hoped for my thickest hiking socks, and the heel was a bit stiff at first, but they are breaking in rapidly without blisters thanks to mid-weight wool socks. The sneakers are great for outdoor activities and don't scuff up as easily as the leather versions. I'm teaching PE in them and I'm thinking about getting another pair.

Back of the shoe doesn't have a cushion as other snickers do, which is somewhat uncomfortable in the beginning.

I love the look of these shoes. I owned Earth shoes when I was a teenager and loved them, so was looking forward to having another pair. I was so excited when they arrived and so disappointed when I tried them on. The back is so stiff, it hurt the back of my heel/ankle immediately, even with a light sock, which is all I could wear because they felt too small to be a size 7. There is no way I could even wear them in the house to break them in.

Love these sneakers -- so cool looking -- get lots of compliments from men and women. Even got my 9 yr old son a pair!
