Earth Hillside Shoes - Slip-Ons (For Men)

First time wearing this shoe it felt odd with the negative heel; felt better the second day and felt good the third day so it takes getting used to. Earth promotes shoe as being good for posture and your back which it seems to be although I really don't have a back problem. Because of the negative heel it can place more strain on your achilles tendon especially if you are not stretched out well. Also there is increased weight on your heel and it can exacerbate heel pain and plantar fasciitis. Not a well received shoe by a few podiatrists I talked to but if you don't have foot issues it can work for you and it does for me.

My third pair of EARTH shoes. Hard to find good looking EARTH shoes, but these are good looking.

Use this same shoe to do outdoor activities, attend meetings, and for casual wear. I have had four pair and hope they continue being available. They last well and are extremely comfortable.

I am on my feet a good amount through the day and do quite a bit of walking depending on how busy it is. I have never had earth shoes, but they feel pretty comfortable. The reversed arch takes some getting used to, a day or 2, but after it feels normal. Only issue is that the site said to order half size bigger so I did and they ended up being too big, ended up having to return for the size I would have originally purchased, could be different for someone else though. Overall the shoes look good and feel good.

I had some minor back problems. Starting wearing the Earth shoe and it relived the problem. Wore these shoes in the 70's as a style, I wear the them now for the comfort.

Took a chance and ordered my normal size and happy to say they fit exactly. Took a couple of days to get used to the negative heel, but once my feet learned a new way to balance, all was well. First few times they felt pretty funny though, and I especially had trouble getting out of my chair. These are my first pair of negative heel shoes, they definitely change your balance and posture.

Great shoe, good fit, comfortable. Takes a little getting used to with the incline, but relieves my lower back pain.
