“Chunky base”

“Planned to wear these over my jean or perhaps tights. Boots are as I expected except for the sole - it's too bulky for my taste. The top is adorable with the flower accents, but unfortunately it's on a hiking-boot base. The material is a little roomy and slouchy around the front ankle area. I also found them to be a bit wide at the ankle (heel socket). May not be a problem with socks, but will cause heel to slip if wearing tights. Each boots is packed within its own bag and the quality is there. I'd recommend if you don't mind the chunky design.”
