Earth Juniper Boots - Vegan Friendly (For Women)

THese boots are incredibly cute and i have found them to be warm enough for cold winter wear (It was between 3-10 F when i walked my dog this morning in them). I love the earth shoe design because i have high arches and their Kalso soles support my feet well. However, the ankle transition from the upper part to the foot is extremely tight and stiff. So much so that i am afraid I might rip the boot if i tug too hard. But then, once i get my foot inside it slides around and my heel rubs against the unpadded and stiff heel backing. I have put inserts in to take up the extra room and they are more comfortable, but still more difficult to put on than need be. Otherwise, I have found these boots to be incredibly cute and with some adjustments moderately comfortable.

Although a little stiff at the ankles and the soles are squeaky on the floor, these boots are so great. They are vegan which is a must and they are so cute. I will wear them everywhere. I'm sure they will "break in" and will be super comfortable.

I love wearing the boots in cold weather. They are adorable and I always receive compliments. The only problem is that the material on the toes have worn a little bit. If you want boots that will keep you warm and be cute, these are a great way to go! And they're vegan!

The boots are woven, like crocheted and would not worrk in our rainy Oregon weather due to the open weave. My feet would get wet.

Planned to wear these over my jean or perhaps tights. Boots are as I expected except for the sole - it's too bulky for my taste. The top is adorable with the flower accents, but unfortunately it's on a hiking-boot base. The material is a little roomy and slouchy around the front ankle area. I also found them to be a bit wide at the ankle (heel socket). May not be a problem with socks, but will cause heel to slip if wearing tights. Each boots is packed within its own bag and the quality is there. I'd recommend if you don't mind the chunky design.

I had put off buying casual boots for a long time, not willing to pay the price for just any pair. I finally went for it with these, and I'm very happy. Following the advice of the site and other reviewers, I ordered a half size down, and the boots fit perfectly. I have narrow-ish feet, and have no problems putting my feet in. There is plenty of room for thick winter socks, and they're also comfortable without socks. It has been taking me awhile to get used to the negative heel. I have high arches and some plantar fasciitis, and I can't wear the boots on days when that condition is acting up (but, really, no shoes are comfortable at that point). I've been putting my orthotic inserts in the boots when I wear them; mostly as a precaution. They are super comfortable that way. I wish these shoes had better arch support, but aside from that, I really love these boots: comfortable and adorable.

These are some of the cutest and most comfortable boots I own. The only problem was that the heel is VERY narrow and makes it hard to get the boot on your foot. They're great once you get your foot into them. Though I almost always wear a 10 and have wide feet, I had to exchange them for a whole size smaller. I also had to purchase a really long shoe horn to get them on (at [...]). Hopefully they will eventually stretch out. Once on my foot they were extremely comfortable as Earth shoes always are and look cute with jeans, skirts, and capris.

This boot is very cute and stylish but caused pain from the minute I put it on...took one step and realized it would not work. The heel area is very uncomfortable, even to the point of being painful. There was actually a sharp object poking out of the inside of one of the heels. I love Earth Shoes as a general rule and own five pairs, but this boot is not going to be added to my closet.
