I had severe back pain and Earth shoes help me to have better posture, taking the strain off my back at work. I won't wear any other brand. Every pair fits me and feels totally comfortable the first time I put them on. I do not even have to break them in, and I wear them from the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night.
