“Not so comfy”

“The straps are the first thing, they rub in several places even after wearing many times. It is so bad that you have to loosen them up a bunch to make them comfortable, thus making them too loose. The footbed is comfortable for the most part. The heel has a lower position for the as described benefits, but this leaves a lack of cushioning for us heel strikers, not too bad though, and i did adjust my heavy heel striking pretty quickly. I read that you should size up. This is not true. I am a size 10.5 or 11 and these are too big. A 10 or 10.5 would have been better as I followed the advice and got an 11. The retaining top straps are lacking the proper sizing as well, they are too long. According to the hip and fashionable wife they look good.”
