Earth Provoke Shoes - Leather (For Women)

I plan to wear these shoes for my Son's wedding. The cutout pattern in the shoe matches the pattern in my dress. The color grey/white is great for a summer wedding. They are comfortable as I break them in. I hope to beable to dance in the shoes even when I am a bit tired. I really like the special price. We are trying to help pay for the wedding. Everyone knows how hard just living is right now: let alone for a young couple just starting out.

WOULD SIZE UP 1/2 FOR MORE TOE ROOM. FOOT BED IS SMOOTH, FEET SLIDE A LITTLE. SCUFFS CAN BE BUFFED OUT WITH RUBBER SUEDE BRUSH MAKING THEM MORE PRACTICAL, LESS FRAGILE. VERY CUTE WITH FLORAL SKIRTS OR KHAKI'S. NOT AS COMFORTABLE AS SOME OF THE OTHER STYLES BUT VERY PRETTY.

This is such a cute shoe! Very versatile; dresses up casual outfits and goes well with informal dresses, skirts, capris, shorts. However, the fit is very challenging! When I got my own size, the strap was very loose (I've walked out of the shoe!). When I got a 1/2 size down, my toes were slightly smashed up against the front. Have kept the larger of the two and wear them when I don't have a lot of walking to do.

Lots of compliments on these, even from people who later claim to "hate" Earth shoes. I wear these to my Business Casual job with skirts and capris. One can stand comfortably for long periods of time.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and are good to wear when you have to spend a lot of time on your feet. They can be worn with shorts, jeans or a casual skirt.

The strap was too loose in the back, and the shoes kept making a sticking noise as I walked, so these will be going back to Sierra Trading Post.

Beautiful shoe. I do think that this Earth shoe is sized differently. But, will it. I searched for this shoe for over a year.

This is my first experience with Earth Shoes. I love the negative heel, the slight workout I get each time I walk, the positive effect on my posture, the anti-shock cushion of the soles, the arch support. As for this shoe: although it's pretty, the strap around the back is quite loose and gaps unattractively; I have walked out of the shoe many times, especially when walking down steps; the cute cut-outs at the top irritate my small toes after I wear the shoes for several hours; I mistakenly thought the color would be a deep grey and was surprised to find that it was a moss green (it's a pretty color, but hard to match with my clothes); when my feet perspire (which is often, especially in the hot weather) the suction between my foot and the shoe periodically makes loud flatulence noises that are pretty embarrassing. I am returning this style, but exchanging it for a style with a closed back.

I have this style in black, fits fine. For some reason the grey fits larger in the same size. I really like it in black but the grey looks like an old lady's shoe.
