Felt good first time I put them on. I walk a lot and these shoe aren't only easy on the feet, they eliminate lower back pain caused from a slipped disk some years ago.

Most comfortable shoes ever, and..... Have had problems in past with Achilles tendons shortened by regular positive heeled shoes. Earth shoes leave the Achilles at its natural length. Therefore, it is not shocked when subsequently stressed by sports like running, surfing, and snowboarding. No calf or Achilles problems since I started wearing these Earth shoes on a regular basis.

I bought these shoes for exercising. I like the Earth Shoe foot bed and support. It is a comfortable shoe, but slightly on the heavy side. I would like to see reflective markings on these shoes for night wear.

These shoes were comfortable to me out of the box, but if you are no used to the negative heel, they may take getting used to. The arch support if pronounced. I wore them to work(on my feet 12 hours) with no problem. These are men's shoes size 7 which fit my female size 8 1/2 to 9 feet just fine and do not look too clunky with jeans.

Bought these for my son who has had a major head trauma needed to persuade him to persevere as sore calves and arches at first due to change in posture

Soft leather upper,and is a good fit, but the heel is too low to be wearable for me.

I use these "earth shoes" for long walks (2-3 miles); I do like the Kelso Negative Heel and the rolling motion while walking. However, the shoe has a standard toe box which causes hot spots when walking. The orginal "earth shoes" from the 70s had a toe box which follow the contours of your toes which made for a very comfortable shoe. I wish the "earth shoes" sold today had that feature.

I have been curious about Earth shoes, but feared they were a 70s trend whose time had come and gone. But having a problem with plantar fasciitis, I decided to give them a try, first with these casual shoes which I could use to continue my city walking schedule. After a brief break-in period, I could not be more satisfied. I am walking regularly again, and the negative-heel design is having a positive impact on the plantar fasciitis. I have just ordered a dressier pair of Earth shoes, and will likely make this brand my shoes of choice for all occasions. NOTE: I usually wear a 12, but ordered an 11 1/2 based on some recommendations I had seen that Earth shoes run large, and the smaller size fits perfectly

These shoes are a wonderful relief for bad knees.
