Earth Stride Shoes (For Men)

Needs a little getting used to, but then leaves me more rested in low back and legs after several miles of serious walking.

The negative heal was pretty strange the first day. After I got used to it, I found these very comfortable. Size feels good. Well constructed.

Since discovering Earth shoes I he purchased a few pairs. I have had foot and back pain for many years. These shoe have helped me become pain free. Who would think such a minor change in foot wear would make such a large change in my daily life. They are a little strange to walk in at first but you get use to them in a day. Now when I wear "normal" shoes they feel weird. The ones like these that look like sneakers have a wide fore foot, lots of toes wiggle room.

I have had big toe joint pain for years. I have to pick my shoes very carefully. After wearing these shoes for a week and a half my foot doesn't hurt. They do take some getting use to. A little strange at first but after a day they feel normal. As an extra plus my back feels great also. I would never have thought that a pair of shoes could make such a difference.

Took a while to adjust to the lowered heel and increased arch support. Now these are exceptionally comfortable; give the legs a good stretch and work out. I've broad feet (normally 9 wide running shoe), these fit very well - stretched to fit after a day or so. Highly recommend, will buy more of this brand in a different style.

Very good fit out of the box, immediate comfort. Within five minutes of wearing my knees stopped cracking and my heel pain ceased. Recommended for anyone with knee pain/knee arthritis, heel pain. Takes a bit to get used to as it shifts your balance. Great price at STP.

I own several pairs of Earth shoes and these are by far away my favorites. The leather is very soft, so if you are already accustomed to the negative heel aspect, there is zero break-in period. I have a slightly wide foot and the fit of these is great. If you normally wear Nike brand which run a bit narrow in my experience, you might want to go a half size smaller. It's funny, but the day my shipment of 3 pairs of Earth shoes arrived from Sierra I had been experiencing mild lower back pain to discomfort for several days. In less than an hour of wearing these I realized that situation had resolved. The next day back to my normal dress shoes for office and back problem returned. Back on go the Earth shoes and it was gone. I like this particular model so much I just ordered a second pair and my secretary will be ordering some women's Earths this weekend. I am EXTREMELY pleased with these shoes (and the shopping experience).

I bought these for my 80+ yr old father, he has bad arthritis in his knees and nothing seems to work keep him pain free. He just got these says they are very comfortable. He wore them to the store and said his knees seemed to be fine, no pain...

These babies are light, almost sneaker-like. I do believe these are perfect for long walks on hard surfaces but maybe not in heavy rain or on mud.

I'm typically a 9 but went with 8.5 on these. I'm wearing them to referee wrestling so we'll see how they hold up. Right now they feel fantastic with great support and I really like the positive effects of the negative heel.
