Steam-punk/Edwardian retro style with a modern edge, love the look and very comfortable footbed. Be aware--I had ordered two pairs on sale, black and brown, but the black ones were substantially narrower and didn't fit my wide feet. So they are not completely consistent in sizing.

I love the color and the distressed look. The heel is dressy, but low enough that the boot is still comfortable. I would have loved to keep these, but they were just too narrow for my wider than average foot. If you feet aren't wide, you will love these boots.

I live in Vermont and wear flats 99.9% of the time; these are so comfortable, I don't even realize there's a little heel. That slight lift adds style and changes one's posture/appearance in the right ways! I would have liked the tops to be narrower...or the body of the boot to be a little bigger so I could wear thicker socks to fill that space...but they're still pretty amazing and definitely deserve the 5-star rating.

The first time you put them on they feel snug. Once they've been on your feet for an hour or so, they fit just fine. Great product, great price.
