I broke my leg 1.5 yrs ago, and when just starting to put weight on it again, Earthies were life-savers. I have 3 pair of "flats" (like these, with a small hidden wedge) and 2 of sandals. I'm a lifelong 7, but in Earthies, a definite 7.5 in all of those. These 7.5s were, I'n my opinion, ACTUAL 7.5s, so I'd suggest ordering your normal size. I'm sending these back, with regrets, as there are no more in a 7. Alas!

It's back toward the heel. In spite of that, they are still comfortable. The color is nice - muted (got the pewter color).

I have them on the stretcher now, but I know they will feel WAY better than most flats, especially the common ones that have no arch support. These do have nice inside support and are very pretty. I like it that they cover more of the foot than most flats, so you can easily wear footies with them. I gave a 4 because the foot bed could be even more cushioned.

I bought them in the silver finish, 8.5 M and they fit well, if slightly loose. They are pretty comfy, but could be better.

I took a 6 so I would say they run slightly big. My heel slips a bit but that's normal for me with this type of shoe. They seem comfortable and supportive although I haven't worn them all day yet.

They look fabulous with both. As is the case with Earthies shoes, the arch and heel support are excellent and there is plenty of room for all of one's toes. Love these. They look great with light socks and even better without socks.
