“I bought these poles because they were cheap, looked sturdy and received positive reviews. They were fine on flat surface: comfortable grip, not very heavy, easy to adjust. However I got in trouble on icy steep trail, and was surprised to see the pole broken in two pieces, not just bent as you would expect from aluminium pole. I am switching now to a better brand, like Leki.”
