“The extra width of the 44 is much more comfortable than the stock bars on my Raleigh Grand Prix, which were about a 36 cm. Now that my arms are out at shoulder length, my hands don't go numb due to restricted bloodflow. The bars offer several comfortable positions which is great for those long rides.”
