    This is a no-holds-barred track handlebar. It's burly, strong, gives you great confidence, looks awesome on my coal black fixie. DO NOT get this bar thinking that it would be terrific on your long haul road bike; mounting shifters would be difficult and the shape is wrong. I run a front brake on my fixie and mounted a Cane Creek cross bar lever right by the stem. This is a nifty piece of gear. Expensive (relatively) and worth every penny. Thanks to Sierra for bringing it in my price range.
