    The picture does the shoe an injustice. Fair looking in real life. The fit feels narrow when first donning, but after a few paces I found it disappeared and the shoe comfortable. The natural foot action is true. These worked my feet like mephisto matches, but without the support, weight, and a 40% reduction in overall comfort. The sole seems durable, and has a rolling, rather than cornered heel.

    I'm on my feet a lot & have been wearing ECCO for probably 15+ yrs. I've got dress shoes, casual, boots & athletic styles. #1 they ALWAYS fit me perfectly- I just order a 44, put them on & go. They go a million miles before they wear out. The only downside is that I find some ECCO styles & colors too European or trendy. Don't fit my needs or taste. But what can you expect, they are a Danish company.

    Great shoes. Very comfortable and light weight. Soles have great traction. Would have been even a greater pair of shoes if there's arch support. Have to buy a pair of insoles to replace the ones that come with the shoes.

    Ecco is my favorite shoe company...that's why this pair is such a disappointment. Usually a size 45 fits great the first time I wear them... not this time. After 2 hours of 'in-house' wear, the pressure points became too unbearable, and they had to be removed. My feet still felt the pain the next day. Why can't shoe companies get their sizing correct across the board??
