Some styles run true to size, unfortunately this pair did not. The medium width I ordered fit like a narrow and I returned them. Nice style and materials consistent with Ecco shoes. If your foot is just a bit narrow, this shoe is for you.

They fit me perfectly (I'm a 7 1/2 wide and I ordered the size 38) and they are comfortable right out of the box. The leather is high quality and the snakeskin-like accent provides a sophisticated touch that says "I'm not your ordinary loafer!" Sierra's prices make this my favorite place to shop for shoes and boots.
