    I really like these boots. At first I thought they were going to be too big. My foot slides slightly forward in the boot when I walk. I started wearing a thicker sock and that solved the problem. The boots were comfortable the very first day I wore them. I can wear them for 8+ hours and they are still comfortable. The heel height is just right. High enough to wear with jeans but not too high to be uncomfortable. I've gotten several compliments on them already.

    I ordered a size 6 to start with and returned it as it as huge--over a size larger. The next size down was still too long and then very narrow for a medium width. I love the style but the fit is all off.
