“Purchased this shoe for my mom especially due to the size indicated 4.5-5 as well as a cute style and name brand. I was sorely dissapointed upon arrival, the shoe fit my foot, I wear a 6-6.5 shoe! I had to send it back immediately, what I don't get is that other Ecco shoes sold through Sierra state that the size I got is equal to 5-6 american...so they can't be consistent with the info they provide, it was a hassel and dissappointing.”
