5.0 out of 5 stars. The Best of Ecco!Reviewed by Anonymous from New York on Wednesday, April 30, 2014These boots are fantastic! They are very well made, the quality of leather is top notch, and the comfort of good old Ecco! STP did not have my sz 39, so I took a shot, and ordered sz 40. Yes, they are true to size, and sz 40 is too large for me. I sent them back the next day. But I liked them enough to order sz 39 from another website for full price. If 40 is your size, just grab them! You will thank me later:)

5.0 out of 5 stars. This time a winnerVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Central Washington State on Tuesday, April 8, 2014I returned another pair of ECCO boots because they didn't fit like my other ECCOs. This style, however, fits fine. The ones I returned were excessively tight in the heel area and rubbed painfully. I replaced them with these, and these are completely different. They are finished much nicer on the inside, and they don't slip in the heel but still have enough room for my toes. They run slightly long, but that look is fine for classic, low-heeled boots, and I'd rather have that than smashed toes. They are small enough to go inside bootcut pants, but look fine for skinny leg pants. The metal plate is not silver. It's a darker finish. I don't know if it's actually gunmetal, but it's nicer for this style boot than silver would be. I'm very happy with them, and they fit like my other ECCO boots. I'm a size 9.5, but always buy at least size 10 in boots for socks and comfort and I got size 41, same as my other ECCO boots that have worked out. I'm more cautious than usual because of the pair that didn't work out, so I haven't worn them out yet, but wearing around the house and tried with a few different styles of pants, and I'm confident these are what I was hoping for in the first place!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Polished comfort.Reviewed by GreatDane from Wild West on Tuesday, March 18, 2014Finally I have found a replacement for my old torn up boots. After using the tall brown winter ECCO boots I decided to try another ECCO product. What a relief. They are perfect for using with pants and jeans for work and leisure.

5.0 out of 5 stars. BEAUTIFUL BOOTSReviewed by TallMomma from Jackson, Kentucky on Monday, March 10, 2014These Ecco boots are exactly what I hoped they would be. They fit perfectly with no break in. The leather is beautiful and really soft and once again, the best part is that I purchased these boots at an amazing and an unbeatable price. Thank you STP for great quality merchandise at very affordable prices.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Great Looking BootsReviewed by Jax65 from Virginia on Thursday, February 6, 2014These are cute boots and really good quality. Unfortunately they are narrow and were very uncomfortable. I don't have wide feet and usually a regular fits me fine. I'm disappointed that I had to return these.

4.0 out of 5 stars. came dustyReviewed by just Leo from NY on Sunday, January 26, 2014In my experience, ECCO stands for quality. And these boots should be 5 stars rated . However the pair I received brought along some disappointment. The shoebox was dusty, and inside it the boots were coverered with dust as if they were kept open in the middle of a desert for at least a week. Well, after having the boots thoroughly vacuumed, it turned out they were not stained properly, that shiny black paint on the upper part does not reach the outsole. Plus, there is a scratch on the right boot... Probably, this pair should qualify as "factory 2nd"? Anyway, I keep it hoping that good shoe polish will do the job.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Elegant bootReviewed by JRS from Nevada City, California on Thursday, January 16, 2014Sure enough, these run long and narrow. For me that was fine. I wear between a 9.5-10 in women's and have a no-wider-than-B width foot. I got these in a 40 (typically I wear a 41 euro) and tried them on with thin wool socks. Perfect. Haven't worn them around, but can tell they are the right size. Bought them for business meetings/travel to wear with pressed khakis. I think they'll be just right. Yes they are a little stiff, but for me that's part of the dress boot look. FYI, they look as though they can be resoled and/or reheeled in time.
I feel bad for the other reviewer who got the pair that someone had obviously tried on, scuffed, and returned. I understand that disappointment completely. The pair I got were fresh, and immaculately packed with custom shoe forms and all. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Highest Quality - Stylish, but run big!Reviewed by Anonymous from Utah on Tuesday, December 31, 2013Beautiful boots! I wish I had ordered two sizes when they were in stock. They run nearly a size large in length but not in width. Perfect is you have a long narrow foot. Otherwise, order down, and hope they stretch with wear.
