2.0 out of 5 stars. Do not wear wellReviewed by Paul in the valley from Illinois on Sunday, March 25, 2018The socks are soft and comfortable. However, they do not wear well. After a bit more than one season's winter wear, some pairs (I bought six pair) are worn through on the heel; relatedly, they shed lots of sock fuzz balls.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Comfortable, but wear out quicklyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington, DC on Friday, March 25, 2016I purchased seven pairs of these for daily use. They were thick and very comfortable, but after about 9 months (I'm guessing about 30 days of use per pair), they almost all have large holes, mostly in the heels and some at the ball of the foot. And that's mostly wearing them to my office job, not for long hikes.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Contains only 17% Merino woolVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from San Diego, CA on Thursday, January 14, 2016Disappointed that the content of merino wool is only 17%. Mainly acrylic and polyester. Was misled into thinking it was mainly wool based on the name of the item, but my fault for not reading the specs. Too inexpensive to return, so I'll live with it.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great sock for the priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from MASSACHUSETTS on Tuesday, January 5, 2016Merino wool which is very soft and warm. The sock is not as shaped as others may be, but still a great purchase for the price!

3.0 out of 5 stars. HUGE!!!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Chicago on Sunday, January 3, 2016While these socks look great and appear to have typical Ecco quality, the sizing is waaaay off! The L is listed as shoe size (M) 8-12; in fact they are probably 11-14. Much too large for my spouse's size 8.5 foot.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Very warmVerified Buyer Reviewed by Flipflop from North Carolina on Friday, December 18, 2015Hubs loves these Ecco socks. Right thickness for cold days. They keep his feet warm and were great on our recent overnight backpack camping trip. He has ordered more.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Just a great pair of socksVerified Buyer Reviewed by Houston Bob from Houston on Wednesday, December 9, 2015These are just a great pair of wool socks. I was looking for socks to wear this winter in my casual shoes and boots. They need to be nice and heavy but tightly woven so they won't bunch up or scrunch and these fit those requirements. The price was great compared to what I normally pay in an outdoors store. I am a snob about good socks and these didn't disappoint me.

5.0 out of 5 stars. ComfyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Spencer from Utah on Monday, November 23, 2015Great socks, comfortable, soft, not itchy, and a good weight. I'm usually picky with socks and these are great so I've filled my sock drawer with them.
