“some disappointment”

“I bought these shoes b/c I had such a great experience with them before--I bought a pair a few years ago and they have been the best and most comfortable walking shoes I've ever had, and very durable too. This new pair is differently designed--they seem not as well made and they are also more narrow at the top so are not very comfortable. I thought it was safe getting the same shoe a few years later, but had I tried these on in a store I wouldn't have bought them.”
