I bought these in black and liked them a lot - so I ordered them in Cognac. This color just doesn't work - way too red and way too bright. So I returned them.

I commonly wear Allen Edmonds dress shoes to work. These Eduardo G shoes reminded me of the classic styling, leather soles, and traditional cognac color of so many shoes I like. At the price, they should be a deal. WRONG!!!! I ordered a pair of size 13. I opened the box and they are REDish brown, and I mean almost RED! I have a cognac wallet, cognac shoes, and a cognac belt all from different manufacturers, Cole Haan, Allen Edmonds, and Barney's. Each of them can be worn with the other as the leather colros are so close to one another...in other words they are all really cognac! these shoes are nto only RED, they have spots all over them of dye running and drying on the shoes, the soles are slightly red, like the dye migrated to the soles becuase it was never properly set in the leather. these are cheap shoes and sold at DSW shoes for less than Sierra trading Post is selling them now. I've been shopping wiht STP for 13 years...and this is the first time I've received such garbage. I'm appauled and now I have to pay to return them!!!
    • Cons: Incorrect Color, Poor quality
    • Sizing: Feels half size too small

Excellent shoe and value. Note: Dark brown is dark - near black in dim lighting.

I wear these at the office.
They are very nice shoes. Maybe STP has them as one seems to have the sole stitching not deeply recessed so is already raveling a tad.
Other reviews said they are small so order a half size larger, but these are medium width shoes and I ordered my regular size for a medium width (I order a half size smaller if the only available width is wide).
I expect soles to be thicker, but am not upset by these.
    • Best Uses: Wear at office
    • Cons: One sole stitching, Thin leather soles
    • Pros: good color, Nice feel

Well made shoe but very narrow and at least a full size small. I ordered the size 10 and could barely get my foot into it. If you can manage to get the right size it appears to be a well made shoe. I returned it immediately
