“I am very impressed so far by the quality of this coat. It has a warm lining to it, which I wasn't expecting. I have yet to wear it in the Pacific Northwest Rain, which is why I bought it, but if it holds true to being waterproof it will get a 5. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I haven't worn it in the rain!”
