Great product, true to description

I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality of this coat, especially for the price. The fleece lining in the upper body is perfect. It is waterproof and very practical. I look forward to wearing it all winter long

I am very impressed so far by the quality of this coat. It has a warm lining to it, which I wasn't expecting. I have yet to wear it in the Pacific Northwest Rain, which is why I bought it, but if it holds true to being waterproof it will get a 5. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I haven't worn it in the rain!

Nice enough looking coat, but I'm 5'10" and the sleeves hit 2 inches above my wrists. Will return. Also the shape is a little drab, but the pro is that you could likely wear this coat with anything. I don't recommend this coat if you tend to be on the tall side.

Good length, nice pockets, has a hood. Good protection from strong winter winds.

I got this as a commuter coat in NYC. It kept me dry, but as another reviewer noted, it stayed wet for hours. The sleeves don't cinch down enough when it's windy and wind gets inside. They have only two snap choices when really need some elastic or other method. The fleece inside the sleeve cuff is nice though. The length is good and the hood keeps my head warm. It really does not have any thermal or other insulation to wrap around you. It does run slightly small, as I feel just barely right in the 40 (size 8) with a thick sweater under it. Without a major warmth layer (or 3) underneath, this jacket will not be warm enough for full-on NY winter as I had hoped. I think it suffices until the temperature reaches under 30F. I think I unfortunately have to get another winter coat.

use for in-city walking. Is not really water resistant - rain soaks in, coat stays wet for hours. Not clear on how low the temp can go before it becomes not enough.

I ordered this coat for a Montana fishing trip -- ordered larger as I wanted plenty of room for layering and some reviews indicated this ran small. I normally wear a 6 but ordered an 8. The 8 had room to spare even with 3 layers under it. The 6 likely would have been fine, but as time was of the essence, and I enjoyed it being plenty roomy for freedom of movement, I kept the 8. This did well at blocking the wind and repelling the water out on the lake and river. I loved the longer length which helps keep the legs warm. Very well made jacket; one I will enjoy a lot.

I love this coat. I'm pear shaped so the comments about it being small in the hips concerned me however perhaps that person did not notice that it has a long vent in the back which can unsnap for freedom of movement and you can also unzip the front from the bottom if thats not enough. Its very warm but not heavy. It has nice big pockets and the hood does not make me look like an idiot.

I wear this coat for everyday when it is very cold. This is one of the warmest coats I have ever had. I like that it covers my legs.
