    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    These pants look extremely waterproof and well-made, with great details and zippers and closures. however, I am a US size 8 and these in the 42 (US 10) are too small, mostly around my rear but they wouldn't even layer over silkweight long underwear. I thought they would be good for field work, hiking in wet brush, and foul-weather adventures including climbing and skiing.

    I have used these mountaineering, climbing on ice and snow and with snowshoes and have been very impressed with their breathability, and flexibility with my every move. I am also partial to wearing color in the outdoors, easy to spot in case of an emergency, plus black and tan are boring!
