“I am tall and the belt on this dress rides way to high. It's not at my waist but not an empire, either. The underarms are also pulled up and cut. If the neckline could only be let out an inch or two, it would make all the difference. It is for a shorter torsoed person. Very cute and the fabric is wonderful, but had to send back because I'm too tall for the style.”
