“I wanted to like this bag, since it is nice looking. I bought it thinking it would be one of those healthy-back type bags but it was too stiff and bulky for my petite upper body. And I could never find a comfortable postition to carry it.
I used it for 2 days and then went back to my old comfortable backpack-style purse.
Maybe I can still get a refund.”
