Eno RestNest Hammock

My first attempt at hammock camping. There are many high end camping hammocks and thought I would start cheap to see if this worked. It is much better than sleeping on the ground. Hammock Forums is a wealth of information for set ups.

I love this color. I purchased this for camping naps but it seem too small. It is nice and compact but should include the ropes on each end with haning instructions.

We bought one of these last year for our kids, saw that you received a new shipment, and we treated ourselves to one. These hammocks wrap you in a secure fashion, and are very nice for the cost.

Great product! Use it almost every day on my porch.

Lightweight and comfortable! Great for backpacking. I was disappointed it did not come with the lines to hang it.

This is a good hammock, but for backpackers concerned about weight you will want to know that it is heavier than the Sierra Trading Post described 13oz.. Package does not include rope.

light and small

This is a very nice hammock at a great price. It packs super small, lightweight, and it sets up very easily. That said, there is one thing to be aware of...This hammock is nearly 1.5ft shorter and 1ft narrower than ENO's Singlenest hammock. So, if you are much over 6ft tall, it will be a tight fit for you. The smaller width doesn't bother me at all though. TO me, this is a great hammock for light, day-use, activities. I like more room for night-long camping. The build is solid, though replacing the S-hooks with carabiners and using ENO's Slapstraps definitely make things stronger and easier.

I got this for an over night hike - so it had to pack small and light and save me from sleeping on hard ground. It was perfect -- so many times, I applauded myself for the purchase. Also, my hiking mates who initially were sceptical, are now looking to purchase an eno for themselves. Really well constructed and easy to hang. I got the eno straps and had the hammock up in less than 5 minutes. Took a 2$ bug net and attached it above my head so to drap across my face and body for sleep. One note, in cool weather, the air comes from all directions. I had to get inside my sleep bag to stay warm when the night low hit 40 degrees.

I USE RETIRED CLIMBING ROPES OF VARIOUS LENGTHS TO HANG IT.I USE A CLOVE HITCH W/HALF HITCHS AROUND THE TREE AND A BOWLINE AT THE HAMOCK FOR EASY ADJUSTMENT. WHAT EVER KNOT YOU CHOOSE KNOW HOW TO TIE IT BEFORE YOU END UP IN A HEEP. THE KIDS VIGOROUSLY DISGUSS WHO GETS TO USE IT SO THIS WAS MY THIRD PURCHASE OF THIS ITEM SO EVERYONE CAN RELAX.
