    Modern fit sizing will not be a problem if you buy one size larger than your customary size. Don't distress that you are gaining weight or out of shape or complain that the shirt is too small. Just know that a XXL is really a XL in size and a XL is really a L in size, etc.

    the fabric just seemed too stiff. Might have relaxed with washing. The strip of material on the placket seems too high contrast. I like this feature on some other equilibrio shirt, but this is too much. The top stitching also seems a little much. Again, generally like equilibrio, but this one went back.
