Changed battery. Rehung clock. Just won't keep accurate time. Isn't this what a clock is for? Disappointed.

When the clock arrived, the hands were bent and even when fixed, the clock did not work. I called Customer Service. They told me since the purchase price was so low, not to bother sending it back, they would just send a replacement. The replacement arrived a few days later. I'll shop at Sierra Trading Post anytime with Customer Service like that. Thank you!

Answer It does make a ticking sound, not loud; I would say moderate or soft.
