If you're looking for terry cloth

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Was expecting white heavy cotton something like matelasse but was surprised with heavy terry cloth. I think it would work better in a larger bathroom, accompanied by a white heavy vinyl liner. Was good quality but I ended up returning it because it was not as expected and didn't suit my needs.
