This is yet another Christmas present for a family member but I know they will love it. I also went by other customer comments. It really helps.

And they are so lovely! When I lived in West Africa, restaurants and bars, any place that you would sit outside in the evening, always had mosquito "coils" burning. How come they are never seen here? Our yard is infested with mosquitos to the point where I barely wanted to go outside in the late summer before getting these. I put these on my front porch when we are out there working on projects or just enjoying the day. They definitely keep the mosquitos away.

We have had mosquitoes this year and don't like using citronella candles because of our daughter's dog. We are afraid that he will knock over a candle and either get burnt or set something on fire. So we ordered these and they work more like an incense burner - no flame. They seem to keep the mosquitoes away and no worries about the dog knocking them over. We ordered more.

The metal is very thin but I like to use it when I'm outside since I don't have to worry about dropping and breaking it.

Worked really well and looks nice. Comes with maybe eight coils and we burned only half of one during an evening outside.

I used to use these in Asia a lot, but don't often see them in the US. I like them.
