“This is an older model of Etonic's MC (motion control) running shoes. For people with flat feet or overpronation, these shoes provide excellent stability/motion control and decent cushioning. There are also two removable sock-liners which can be taken out to make room for orthotics. I ordered one and an half size bigger than my regular shoe size, so I can use an arch-support insole to correct overpronation. (Normal running shoes should be about one size bigger than regular shoe size.) I have worn them on medium practice runs (2-7 miles) and found them very comfortable.”
