“I went to a show store and had my feet sized before ordering. My toe just barely tipped the size 11 line on the scale. Size 11 1/2 was gone so I ordered this sneaker in a 12 because comments said it runs true to size and there was no indicator from STP that it runs small. The shoe was a lot smaller than my current 11 1/2. I was told by the Sierra TP rep that that was not a defect. I then ordered a 13. It fits perfectly. I am going to try to get the other pair stretched, [...]. If it can't be stretched to fit, I have paid almost full price because I bought 2 pair but can only use one. I am not happy, but I like the sneaker.”
