    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    First, note that it fits about two sizes smaller than indicated. Second, while advertised as a "jacket", it actually is only a long sleeved jersey. Finally, it isn't particularly windproof and doesn't keep me warm at anything less than about 55 degrees. Nice style and coloring and price is ok at a 50+ percent discount, but you'd be crazay to pay anything near full price for this garment.

    This jacket/jersey is very useful for an outer layer when you know it is going to stay cold and don't want a jacket that catches the wind. A little bulky for jersey pocket storage, though.
