“I ordered these in White- only color in my size- I was surprised to find they are only Two-Panel construction; one piece of fabric for the right side of the shorts, another piece for the left side. I'm used to at least four panels in a quality cycling short. (well, if you count that they are double layers I guess that would constitute "4 panels") I did find they offer great coverage -not see through at all- and they are quite compressive to the thigh muscles. Etxe Ondo is written on the back side of the thigh, which makes them look kind of cool. It was the chamois that broke the deal. It's just a basic piece of foam sewn into the shorts.Out of the package the chamois was bunching, on it was no different. And with a four-way seam running right up the middle of the crotch guess where the chamois went too! All that compression was compressing. These shorts could be great, I ordered some Etxe Knickers at the same time and they have a very nice technical chamois, great compression and loads of style- all of which I've come to expect of European cycling clothing. These are really ordinary and way too expensive for what you get. Could be the Black shorts are a whole other animal. I await other reviews for that.”
