My show size for normal shoes is 10.5 or 11 depending on brand. I ordered an 11.5 after reading STP's recommendation to go one size larger. Fits well lengthwise but feels a bit wide. Fortunately the width isn't an issue because of the velcro. I used the shoes for the first time a couple of days ago and immediately noticed the stitching on the top of the big toe. It's a weird place to have stitching since your big toe is curled up and touching the top of the shoe. After a couple of climbs I really started noticing it. Might get better with time but I'm not sure. For the price I guess you can't complain. Love the velcro cause on the third climb I couldn't wait to rip them off. Sticks well and the heel has a sawtooth pattern which might help with heel hooks.

Bottom line is that this is a quality entry level shoe that will not significantly lighten your wallet. Shoes are comfortable, as climbing shoes go, I"ve worn them for 2 hrs at a time without feeling restricted. I've used Mad Rock's in the past, these just feel slightly more flexible through the foot. The toe box is like any climbing shoe and I have been able to edge well in them. Did order a full size larger as with most climbing shoes. For STP's price, you can"t go wrong.

I wear size 8 1/2 shoes and ordered these in size 9, they were too small so exchanged for a full size bigger. Still feels a little small, wish I had gone another half size

I am new to climbing so I decided to buy a cheaper pair. This turned out great as far as I am aware. Fit was great, I went with 10.5 and I wear size 10 in normal footwear. I was able to climb everything I tried and these shoes definitely helped. I used them climbing sandstone in Utah, but would recommend them as a good starting shoe. Next I'm going to try them on indoor rock walls.

Once I figured out I needed to order a full size up they fit very well. It's a good shoe in the 70-80 dollar range. I use it indoors, sport climbing, and its pretty good on slab too.
