    These shorts run way small, I have other Buzz off item in size 6 which fit well and the 10 in these shorts feels tight! BUT these product are great and really prevent getting bitten and sunburned. I do volunteer work in the tropics, and mow the lawn in Maine, so I'm trying to buy as many of their items as possible even if they aren't all perfectly cut, like these shorts. The previous products I've bought have lasted more than the 25 promised washings.

    I had bought a pair of these last year, and thought I'd get a spare pair. The shorts arrived, and although I'd ordered the SAME SIZE, they were 2 inches smaller in the waist, and much too tight. I returned them for a larger size, but the fit is NOT the same as it used to be. If you're thinking of ordering these shorts, order at LEAST one size up from what you usually get.

    This piece runs small in sizing which is good for me as i'm rather petite and unable to fit into most small size for women. However, though i got the size 4 (smallest anyway), i still have room. I would say the cut is not flattering on a curvy body. Its shaped more like a men's bermuda but in much smaller size. I have yet to wear em so can't comment about its washing and repellant properties.

    If you order two sizes up, they fit well. I usually wear a 4, but wore an 8 in these. The fit it good... the fabric is a bit heavy, and they are very casual.. so good for hiking or other ourdoorsy activities, but more casual than I like for regular daily wear.
