    this one has yet to stand the rigors of travel and long sunny days, but i think it will do it's job nicely. the hat is a tad too large for me, but not uncomfortably so. a big plus is that it's not bulky. if it had SPF protection, it would be perfect.

    Good for the beach. I liked this hat because the brim is smaller than ones I have seen in the stores. I just needed a little extra coverage on the beach. But if you are looking for something to shade your head, face and shoulders - this would not work.

    Ordered this for my teen-aged daughter. It looks great on her, & becauses it is crushable, it should hold up much longer than the prior hats purchased for her. Its springy looks and springy elasticity are good for passing down to younger sisters, as well. While holding onto the hat in the infamous Wyo. wind, the crushability should also keep it from blowing out of shape. We have smooshed it around to different shapes, and it pops right back into it's original form.
