Ex Officio Flex Corduroy Pants (For Men)

I really like these pants and, as indicated, this is my fourth pair. A few minor gripes: They're cut larger than indicated in the waist, legs and length, and the side pockets seem to be a take-off on carpenters' jeans but arent' large enough to hold either tools or cell phones securely. Neverthless, they're very well made using top-notch materials, and the other pockets have great detailing: pockets within pockets, zippered security pockets, etc., without looking overly- or quasi-technical. They'd be perfect if they fit right (according to me). I'd like to say they make me look fat, but a reality check made me realize that my other pants simply mask the fact somewhat better. Fine product at normal STP pricing, fantastic at the [$] closeout price.

I have never had cords before, and the price and maker swayed me. I have the ExOfficio Tooley shorts, and these pants didn't disappoint. With a 60/35 cotton-poly mix, they wash quite well and don't wrinkle. I must admit that the "feel" of the fabric is different than what I'm used to, but not unpleasant. But whatever they were washed in there in Macau....WOO-HOO! I think it could kill mosquitos! I washed them once with a fabric softener & it reduced the smell somewhat. But I think it will eventually diminish completely. I do like the pants and will continue using ExOfficio products, especislly thru STP and their excellent sales.

Decent cord. Good but not great quality like you would expect from Ex-offico. Roomy and comfortable. Great price on sale.

I wear these pants for work and leisure: they look and feel great all day long.

I get a great fit from these cords, and for travel they pack well and unpack wrinkle-free. I wear them with sport coats at meetings with no trouble at all. Was hoping for ExO's later darker shade of khaki in this pair, but the light khaki still works fine.
