ExOfficio Insect Shield® Barrier Hoodie Sweatshirt (For Women)

My daughter wore this at girl scout camp. The first night she got several mosquito bites, so the next night she wore this hoodie. No more bites! It s much lighter than I thought it would be. She wore another hoodie over it when it got chilly. The fabric fits close to the body, especially on the arms. It has thumb loops to help put on something over it. I love these fr bug repellency. The white color didn't pick up much dirt and looked good after a week of camp.

very lightweight and comfortable for summertime

I got this in white, and it's so lightweight that it's a bit sheer. That's exactly what I wanted--it's an extra layer I can wear to keep the bugs away when it is warm out. It's cute and casual. I got a large because that's what was available--larges are frequently too big and this one isn't, so that could be a concern for others. I don't think I would use it for camping as it doesn't seem the sturdiest.

After being bit on a recent trip to Olympic state park,Washington I wanted a bug repellent top for my next hiking trip. This is the perfect top as I wanted to layer rather than just a t shirt or shirt with bug repellant.The style of the hoodie is modern but the plastic zipper sticks a little.

I used it for an outdoor trek thru notorious mosquito swampy areas in both morning and evening high bite time zones, I couldn't believe it but I was bug free and pitying everyone with me who hadn't sprung for the bug clothes. What an excellent investment. Haven't washed and tried them after yet, still worth it for one experience, if I get as many as it claims I will faint at how long I waited before buying before.
