    I used this last weekend to hike in 35 degre temps. Kept me warm, it breathed well, and is very soft. Dont' know about durability over the long haul, but for now I am a soy fan.

    i like good base layer shirts for hiking... its definatly soft/breathable and pretty warm for how thin it is... I could have fit into a medium but got a large, Im 6ft 160lbs...

    The fibers in this long-sleeved tee are from soybean plants -- Ex Officio has joined in the trend to use new plant fibers like bamboo and others (and like Tencel, also derived from cellulose fibers, for example) for a soft, ecologically sound garment choice. It feels soft and comfortable in this shirt. I've not had it long enough to know if it will be durable, hold up to washings well, keep its color, etc. I like a long-sleeved tee at times, and this fits the bill very well. The rust color is good -- we don't need only white or black undergarments!

    I was skeptical about the soybean/tofu fabric at first, but it is very soft, lightweight, and breathable. I haven't had any problems with snagging so far. It was a great deal for the price!
