“Zipper broke after 1 year -- and I expect to get 4 years minimum from a jacket. This was not a manufacturing flaw, it was a quality flaw -- the zipper is made of plastic and the poor design of the cloth next to it allowed the zipper to constantly get caught -- very annoying.
Have an Exofficio sweater which I have worn to the bare threads because so comfortable; hence motivated to buy jacket but it was a disappointment.”
